Join a mission team

• So you have decided to join us in an adventure of a lifetime. 
• You want to go on a mission trip.

Here is the process we need you to follow to do so....

1. Print off and fill out the application. Go Application .pdf
   1. Other forms you will need to download
      1. Medical release form MEDICAL RELEASE FORM.pdf
      2. Liability release form LIABILITY RELEASE FORM.pdf
      3. Statement of faith form STATEMENT OF FAITH.pdf
   2. Send your application and the three forms to Gospel Ministry Team, 9233 Puddin Ridge Rd, Ozark, AR 72949
2. Send me an email letting me know you want to go and that you have sent your application.
3. When we receive your application we will prayerfully consider you for our next team. 
4. In the event you make the team we will contact you further about your next steps.
5. While you are waiting on us you can begin to prepare for your trip.
